Application for Trainees to present for the ANZBP Exams
Before You Begin This application is for Overseas Trained Perfusionists who are progressing through the ANZBP OTP pathway and are seeking to undertake Phase 3 — OTP Board Examinations. Both Category A and Category B candidates must successfully complete their applicable Phase 1 and Phase 2 requirements before they may be confirmed as eligible to sit the examination. Submission of this application does not guarantee eligibility. Eligibility is determined by the ANZBP following review of the applicant’s pathway requirements and current documentation. ANZCP Applicants should review: – ANZCP Overseas Trained Perfusionist Policy – ANZBP Examination Policy – ANZCP Certification Policy – ANZCP Competency Standards – Code of Ethical Standards and Professional Conduct – Mandatory Declarations – Continuous Professional Development Program.
