Recertification

The Australian and New Zealand College of Perfusionists and the Australian and New Zealand Board of Perfusion, on behalf of its members, are committed to ensuring that the professional skills of its members continue to develop. The ANZCP offers a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program providing a framework to achieve this aim. As such, there are mandated Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements in order to maintain Perfusion Registration in Australia and New Zealand.

Step 1: Prepare Your Documents

Have all your documents ready to submit before beginning the payment and submission process. Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, Max. file size: 16 MB, Max. files: 10.

Step 2: Pay Your Recertification Fee

All Prices in AUD.  Please note that if you are located outside of Australia the GST will not be included during checkout.

Step 3: Submit Your Documents

Your Order Number field will self populate in the submission portal provided you have paid prior to submitting.
Please check your email for your invoice/order number if you submit your documents at a later date after having previously paid.

Please note: A $50.00 AUD Late Fee is now included for all CPD Proforma’s received from 1st June 2023.
Recertification will not be processed until payment has been received.
