Refund options and return limitations
The ANZCP will refund conference and course payments IN FULL on receipt of email communication from the registrant, noting that the refund is necessary (and why, if applicable)
The ANZCP reserves the right to withhold any transaction costs which the College reasonably incurs in managing this refund, to a maximum of $30 AUD. Any charges will be communicated to the registrant.
The ANZCP encourages and will facilitate transferral of registrations to another person / colleague, in the event the registrant cannot use the registration.
Payment dispute process
The ANZCP welcomes communication relating to a refund to or alternatively on the Contact Us page of the College website at . All complaints will be actioned promptly and you can expect a response within five working days.
