Jatz Suthumporn

Jatz graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science in 2017. Her interest in perfusion was first sparked by a physiology lecturer during her undergraduate studies, and later reignited by exposure to the profession through social media. She commenced her career in perfusion as a trainee with Perfusion Services Pty Ltd in 2018, where she developed a strong foundation and deep passion for the field. She achieved her ABCP board certification in 2021. In 2023, Jatz was proud to join The Royal Children’s Hospital as a perfusionist, fulfilling a long-held aspiration to work in paediatric care.

She thrives in multidisciplinary team environments and is particularly passionate about paediatric perfusion, transplantation, ECMO, and education. Jatz is committed to continuous professional development and advancing the profession of perfusion through education, collaboration, and innovation.
