Each booth includes two x ASM Registrations and tickets to the Thursday night Welcome Reception and Saturday night Gala Dinner.

QT Ballroom
Ground Floor, QT Hotel
- 7 Staghorn Avenue, Gold Coast.
Delegates can access the ballroom via the Ground floor of the hotel.

- If you cannot book via a credit card and require an invoice please email asm@anzcp.org as early as possible to secure your booth site.
- Tables can be hired from the QT but we will need advance notice
- If you would like to hire out a coffee cart you must hire the QT’s coffee cart and costs are as per the following: $500.00 for the day to hire out along side a fee of $6.80 per cup of coffee consumed (inclusive of all sizes, types and milks). This is due to supplier contracts already in place and licensing at the venue.
Please email asm@anzcp.org with your booth requirements, preferred booth numbers, coffee cart requests and the ASM Coordinator, Nicola Walton-Hughes will confirm this with you. It will be in a first in, best dressed preference order.
The ANZCP Treasurer will provide you with an invoice for the booths following confirmation.

QT Ballroom Exhibition Plan
Booths measure 3 mtr x 2 mtr, and come with 10amp, 4-way power board, two spotlights and 1 x 3m sign at front of the stand. Two chairs and one skirted trestle table will also be supplied .
