ASM 2026 Exhibitor Information

We’d like to take the opportunity to thank our corporate partners for their continued support of our ASM and the broader Perfusion community as a whole. This ASM we continue to support clinical education and discussion. We look forward to welcoming you to the QT on the Gold Coast! Your booth booking includes the ANZCP social event (to be held at the QT poolside – weather permitting!) and the Gala Dinner at the Island. 

Each booth includes two x ASM Registrations and tickets to the Thursday night Welcome Reception and Saturday night Gala Dinner.

QT Ballroom

Ground Floor, QT Hotel

  • 7 Staghorn Avenue, Gold Coast.

Delegates can access the ballroom via the Ground floor of the hotel.

An On-Site contact will be confirmed closer to the event.

Please email asm@anzcp.org with your booth requirements, preferred booth numbers, coffee cart requests and the ASM Coordinator, Nicola Walton-Hughes will confirm this with you. It will be in a first in, best dressed preference order.

The ANZCP Treasurer will provide you with an invoice for the booths following confirmation. 

Single Booth : $7,000.00

Double Booth : $13,000.00

QT Ballroom Exhibition Plan

Booths measure 3 mtr x 2 mtr, and come with 10amp, 4-way power board, two spotlights and 1 x 3m sign at front of the stand. Two chairs and one skirted trestle table will also be supplied .
