Trainee Evaluations

Trainees are required to complete a logbook of a minimum of 200 CPB cases, with the first 125 cases directly supervised and the remaining able to be indirectly supervised. Please refer to the ANZBP Clinical Supervision Guidelines for specific information.

These forms are to be completed and uploaded by the supervisor after each 50 case milestone.
